Please note if you Pause or Cancel your subscription after 15th, it will come into effect the following month.
Every piece of Jewelry is thoroughly inspected before it is shipped. We do understand at times during shipping a piece can be damaged. If you have received a damaged piece, nothing to worry. Please take a picture and send us an email to email@example.com.
We will send you a replacement in the next box. If the particular piece is out of stock, we will send you something similar instead.
Sure, please click the "Redeem" button you receive in confirmation email. On clicking the "Redeem" button, you will be taken to a gift redemption page. You will see a "Print" button on the bottom left corner of the page. On clicking the "Print" button, you can print the gift certificate and handover it personally
This has hardly happened and we assure you that they will love their gift! In case if this still happens, not to worry. We will refund you provided they haven't redeemed the gift. Please note there is a 10% processing fee for a refund. If they have redeemed the gift, obviously we cannot refund it.
